Bushin Ryu is a form of Okinawan Ryukyu kempo, similar to karate. Students are taught basic techniques, stances, forms/patterns, weapons, pressure points, throws and theory.There is a strong emphasis on martial science and testing what works and what doesn’t, with a focus on self defence rather than sport and competition.Classes are great for improving fitness and strength, learning self discipline, improving self confidence, and finding your warrior spirit.
